Loud explosion rocks central Damascus, Syria TV reports ‘terrorist’ attack

A loud explosion rocked the Syrian capital of Damascus on Thursday, with witnesses reporting smoke rising from near the city’s Palace of Justice. Syrian state television reported a “terrorist explosion” at the court building’s car park.
